Highland Yoga is an Atlanta-based studio with 9 locations in Georgia. Our classes are the perfect blend of vigorous flow, creative sequencing, strength, flexibility, and meditation + mindfulness. We practice in a room heated to 93 degrees with inspiring music to help you stay present in your practice.
If you're practicing at home, we encourage you to crank up the heat using a space heater and select a playlist on Spotify to play along with our online classes.
